Kraken Kitty edition Disconnects an reconnects

I bought a razer kraken kitty edition about a month ago and since the last week it disconnects and reconnects from devices and synapse suddenly every 1 second or sometimes 5 minutes or sometimes it just works normally. Recently it disconnects and reconnects every 1-2 seconds. I have tried: -Uninstalling the synapse 3.0 and reinstalling -Manually seeing the drivers and change them -Change the headset and mic to the default devices - Installing the synapse 2.0 but it made it worse -Tampered the cable to see weak spots but nothing -Connecting the USB in every USB port that i have available. I have looked in google for solutions and tried them all but nothing. The strange part is that in other devices like my Ps4 it does happens but just if i move my head or more rarely.
