Kraken Kitty Headphones keep popping/disconnecting.

I recently have gotten the Kraken kitty headphones and they were fine for a few weeks, but for the last week they have been non stop disconnecting/popping every 20 ish seconds. I went back to my old headset and the audio is fine so I don't think it's a PC issue. I even uninstalled and re installed the apps. Hoping I could find a fix it instead of sending them back because they are always out of stock to order to Australia. Update : Now when I plug the headphones in the entire computer crashes. I think something is really wrong with them ;-;
