I've had my Razer Kraken Kitties for about a year now and it was working perfectly fine until recently. The problem usually occurs when I play CS:GO, it will disconnect mid-game every few minutes and I have to restart my game. I frequently update the Razer app and it will work for some time without disconnecting, then after a while it will start to disconnect by itself again.



This issue happens with Valorant too but I don't have to restart my game or anything like that. Other games don't have this problem, it's mostly CSGO.



I don't know how to fix this problem, what the cause could be since there's no physical damage, or what I could do to stop this from happening. The only thing I can imagine that might be messing up my headphones could be the fact that I listen to Spotify while playing, however, I've ruled this out as it doesn't affect my Valorant sessions.



Any help is appreciated, I really love these headphones but have been very frustrated and annoyed with this issue.



UPDATE: razer sucks when you want to play loud music or audio. i used to have my volume at a constant 100 but now i've started playing everything at less than 50 and it's been okay. every time i raise my volume too high, it'll disconnect my headphones. sucks but at least i know the issue now. this makes me not like razer so much though as i'm practically deaf and always have my general volume above 70.



hope this helps someone else or lets someone decide if they wanna get razer headphones (i wouldn't if i knew at the time that other brands had kitty headphones but that's just my two cents)
