Hey, if anyone that can help me with this I would be extremely thankful. I’ve had the headset above for like 3 or 4 years now and I love them. They fit just right and when they do work its amazing. Lately, I've been having the Synapse app just outright disconnect the headset and pop the audio. I used to think it was when I was somewhat stressing the pc, as I do use discord while in games somedays and also do try to create stuff from time to time with blender, my pc isn’t that crazy powerful but it gets the job done.
What I’ve tried so far that worked for a small amount of time before it comes back, reinstalling the Razer suite of programs, uninstall Nvidia’s app (an ex mentioned that could be an issue but it didn’t seem to fix anything so I do have it reinstalled so I can update my gpu), and saw that a user recommended unlimiting the usbs power supply as it could be just not getting enough power to it. I don’t run the lights high, and my razor keyboard and mouse don’t get this problem.
Hopefully this can help someone get me an inkling of an idea as to what's going on. Will answer questions down below if need be
