I just bought one for PS5 and it seems to not be compatible at all. The volume wheel does nothing and it doesn’t use the microphone at all. It still tries to use the controller microphone instead. Even using discord as I normally do it doesn’t detect the headset. If I unmute it I can hear myself talk but nothing else seems to work

The Razer Kraken Kitty V2 unfortunately does not have official support for PS5, but we received reports from other users noting that it works for them. If the headset is not working on Discord, please check the audio settings on Discord to ensure the headset is selected as the input and output device. You can also try using the headset with a different communication app or software to see if the issue is specific to Discord.
