My Kitty V2 Bluetooth headset isn't recognized in Synapse 4.
I've read all the support materials and tried several troubleshooting steps, but Synapse still doesn't recognize it, even when the headset is connected with the charging cable.
Windows 11, however, finds the headset via Bluetooth.
How to resolve this issue ?
