Kraken kitty v2 restarting pc i guess?

idk if my pc have drivers issues but lately my pc just restarts for no reason, theres nothing on the event viewer just :
The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load. Device: HID\VID_1532&PID_0560&MI_03&Col02\8&b1bf867&0&0001 Status: 0xC0000365
thats why i think is razer issue, when i uninstall my usb drivers it fix but temporaly, idk what to do cause sometimes restarts and then its a streak of restarts just starting windows normaly

Hi ​@michisus,

Does this happen both with and without Synapse running in the background, and are you able to consistently replicate the issue? In any case, please send me the serial number of your Kraken Kitty V2 via PM so I can look into possible firmware-related solutions.
