Today I bought the bluetooth kraken kitty v2.
At first they seemed great but when I opened discord the sound from the headset became really muffled. I closed discord and the sound went back to normal. After that I opened osu! and the same thing happened. Except this time the problem didn’t go away after closing the game. I restarted my computer and everything seemed to have been fixed. But when I again opened discord the audio became muffled again. Then I deleted and reinstalled razer synapse but the problem didn’t go away.
I’m not really tech-savvy so I don’t know what I should do.
Please help me fix this issue because I would really like to keep the headset and not have to return it.
