Kraken Kitty V3 Pro blinking red light when connected to PC with cable

Dear Support, kindly advise why red light keep blinking beside of the power button?

My connection is C to USB-A to PC. 

Front panel and back panel both tested.  

Please advise.

    Hi ​@hiiirabbit,

    The blinking red light indicates that the battery is low. Please allow the headset up to 4 hours to fully charge. If the issue persists after charging, please PM me the serial number of your Kraken Kitty V3 Pro so I can check for any applicable firmware solutions.
