Kraken Kitty V3 Pro keeps disconnecting

I live in a studio apartment and I work/game with a gaming laptop. I have the dongle connected directly to the laptop. When I first started using the headset in January of this year, I could go to the bathroom and it wouldn't disconnect. Now, I can’t even go into my kitchen behind my desk without it sometimes disconnecting. It’ll do it randomly too when I’m just sitting at my desk. I am not sure what could be causing it and I have tried when I’ve seen on Google to fix it but maybe there is something more I could do to fix it?

Try to update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Kraken Kitty V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
