Kraken Kitty V3 X Support

My daughter was just gifted a new Kraken Kitty V3 X as she loves to game and needed a proper upgrade. Shes only had the headphones for like 2 weeks and our kitten chewed up the mic on the headset…I’m wondering if anyone knows if the mic can be replaced or if I’m screwed and have to get her a new headset all together

Regarding the damaged mic, based on what I can see in our internal inventory, I’m currently not finding a standalone replacement mic available for this specific headset model. That said, I can definitely check with our team if there’s any possibility to request a replacement mic or check other options for you since you headset is new.
