Bought a Kraken from the amazon razer store, unsure what model as it doesn’t say anywhere. It’s a headphone jack and not USB. Microphone works fine on playstation, and did work fine on PC for a few hours. But now on PC the microphone is unbelievably quiet. I’ve followed several online solutions to try fix it and tried contacting Razer support. All fruitless. Synapse doesn’t acknowledge the existence of the headset either.
