Kraken Pro audio balance switch on USB controller not functioning

When i bought my Kraken Pro about a year ago, everything was working fine, but somewhere along the way something has become wrong in the settings. The switch to tweak game vs chat balance is now not tweaking the balance, it is just simply controlling the volume as a whole. so both audio types go harder or softer together when using the switch. i have researched this online but cant seem to find a solution. I reinstalled, reset to factory settings, removed all drivers from pc (i think) etc. but it keeps doing the same thing.



help would be greatly appreciated!
