Kraken Pro V2 Microphone not being recognized by my PC

When I use the splitter cable I get audio output with out any issue, but the microphone isn't being recognized by my PC. When ever I try to configure the microphone in the settings it tells me that the microphone isn't plugged in or to check if the microphone is muted. When I test the microphone in settings I get no feedback and when I test the microphone in discord I get a few seconds of heavy audio interference or rapid beeps and screeching. Troubleshooting doesn't bring up any issues. I don't know what else to do in this situation.

    Hi there! Have you tried to use it with another PC or device to see if the same issue persists?

      Hi there! Have you tried to use it with another PC or device to see if the same issue persists? I managed to fix the issue, thanks. I wasn't using the correct audio ports.
