Pretty much the title. I’ve rebooted, updated the software etc. Currently I have the hub connected to my PC via USB-C and my headset also connected via USB. It won’t charge, just sitting at 0% battery. The headset works great while plugged in, but the hub doesn’t seem to control anything on it. Making it rather pointless….
Tried updating the firmware - but it gets stuck at 50%
I’m at a complete loss here. Just pulled this thing out of the box and it’s essentially a wired headset and the hub is just going back in the box at this point. I had PC USB selected on the hub as well, no dice.
TL;DR:
Headset won’t charge.
Hub doesn’t control anything.
Firmware update on headset stuck at 50%.
Headset works great while plugged into my PC.
Please help!
