Hi all

I have just went to use my kraken tournament hp but all i get from it is a buzzing sound. I havent changed or moved anything, other than swapping output from kraken game to my onboard for my speakers. So yea, swapped it back tonight and it just gives a constant buzzing. Have looked it up online, and saw the items about earthing, ( im in the uk so pc is earthed properly). It definately worked fine before.



I also saw on reddit there are others with same headset and same problem since a latest patch

Hopefully a known issue, headphones are expensive enough to make it sore i cant use them.

Hello there! What's the current build version of Synapse? Does the issue happen if Synapse is closed?
Its still there. As another post states, if i change from razer game to razer chat as my output device the sound is ok.



Version is 3.4.415.41818 ( it just updated and sound is still buzzing
