Kraken TE Defective drivers or inline cable?

I bought the TE headphones 1 week ago, I am happy for the sound it produces, but if my volume is maxed out on any device I use the right earcup has lower volume than the left. If i control the volume trought the inline on the cable and set the volume around 5-10% left earcup does not produce any sound. Until 30% increasing the volume, after till 100% the speaker is good and loud. Found a member with same issue, and even more issues. But I do have only this issue. My retailer says its normal and does not want me to change the product for another one. Out of options. Any way to fix this? Edit: This happens on phones and PCs. Right and left earcups are set to 100% both in all devices. For drivers I meant the hardware part not the software

    I have the same problem I thought the update would be released on the driver will get better, but now even with a microphone problems have appeared

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Sorry to hear that the issue persists even after updating the headset. Does the issue happen when the headset is connected to a different USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let me pick it up from there.
