Hello, I recently bought two kraken tournament editions, but both present the same problem, i.e. they are very muffled when THX mode is active. I wanted to understand if it is some setting that I made wrong or is it a software defect? I tried to check the volume and the bass lever ... but I noticed that the sound improves only by deactivating the THX. I put the recommended values in other forums but the audio is really bad. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drives but the intermediate frequnze are not good at all. Can someone help me?

hi! try to set up the equalizer like this, and after that if you dont like the sound adjust it for your preference=) I use it to get rid of muffled sound and use it in Battlefield 5 for footsteps and shots

I have the same kind of issue but its more of a crackling sound with me! Ive tried the same exact fixes as you and nothing is fixing it other than going to game audio instead of thx. Great headset, just a shame i cant play a game or watch a movie without my audio breaking up on thx!
