Kraken TE only works when in chat mode

Hi All, Wonder if you can help. If I change the headphones to th recommended default by Razer, `THX Spartial - Synapse` , no sound comes out. However when I change it to `Heaset Earphone (Razer Audio Controller) - Chat` it works every time. I am using the THX module that comes with the heaphones. I have tried changing all the settings configuring teh device, changing it control panel and nothing. I have also tried unistalling and reinstalling the Synapse software and it still doesnt work. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Since clean reinstalling your Synapse did not work, we can try to reinstall your headset's driver by following the steps below: -Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar. -Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter. -Go to Audio Inputs and Outputs. -Right-click on your Razer headset and select Uninstall device. -To completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer. -The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a copy of your proof of purchase. We'll need it in case we have to submit a warranty claim. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
