Kraken TE THX not working properly

To begin with: i'm frustrated and disappointed. So anyways, i bought a kraken tournament edition because my older kraken 7.1 chroma literaly caught on fire on the usb cable. In the first days of use it was working ok, the THX worked just fine, till one day the THX spatial effect was not working at all, i had to reinstall razer synapse, at first it fixed the problem. But today i noticed that when i applied the effect it stopped working after a while. I reinstalled the drivers, but it didn't work, updated the firmware, didn't work, and now in my current state the THX spatial doesn't appear in the windows sound configuration. If someone knows how to fix this, please tell me.
