Hello,
Setting Razer Kraken TE - Chat on communications devices and Razer Kraken - Game as main audio peripherals, so you can take advantage of the volume balance on the supplied controller, using programs like discord I don't feel anything, the audio simply disappears . If instead I consider the Razer Kraken TE as the main and unique peripheral I hear everything but I lose control of the chat volume. How can I solve it?

Hi @SAVI0. If you recently updated to Windows 10 patch 1809, please uninstall the current headset drivers and reboot. Feel free to shoot me a PM should the problem persist so we can look into possible firmware fixes.

You can uninstall headset drivers in the Device Manager and should you want to reinstall Synapse, give this a try.

A. Get rid of all Razer related apps.

1. Uninstall "Razer Synapse" and "Razer Chroma SDK Core Components" from your computer under Programs and Features.
2. Delete the Razer folders in these file locations: C:\\Program Files(x86)\\ and C:\\Program Data\\. The folder is set to hidden so you might need to change the folder option to view hidden files.
3. Reboot

B. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->THX in Windows registry.
C. Re-installing Synapse 3 using the link below.

ok, after doing what you say the problem has recurred. Even installing the Synapse version linked by you. I uninstalled Synapse, deleted the THX folder in the registry and so the problem remains. Formatting windows and never installing Synapse the controller works instead.
Currently, if this thing can be useful, as soon as I start a chat I get the message of Windows 10 that says "The controller does not have enough resources for this device" and even changing the USB port of the controller does not change anything.

UPDATE

I've tried all the USB prot and now the controller works fine without the Synapse. Should I expect a Synapse patch or is it a problem with my controller?

This looks more like a software issue than anything else. Can you send me a PM with the serial number of your Kraken TE so I can look into possible firmware fixes?
