Hi all,



I've been having some issues with my Kraken Tournament Edition headset on my Windows 10 Pro PC. It's a new PC and I have not activated Windows 10 yet (I'm waiting to transfer the serial over from my the copy on my old computer once everything is backed up).



Last night, I was playing Call of Duty: Warzone, and the audio all sounded great through my headset, but nobody could hear me speaking.



When I test my mic in windows Sound Settings, it registers my voice but it is very very low. When I test my mic in Razer Synapse I hear nothing back through my headphones. When I tested my mic in Call of Duty: Warzone audio settings, it registered my voice very very quietly and then during another test, not at all.



Eventually, I unplugged my 3.5mm jack from the THX Spatial Audio control box with the USB connection, and plugged the 3.5mm jack straight into the port on my PC. People were able to hear me that way, but eventually they got horrible feedback and could only hear me very quietly, and could also hear themselves very loudly through my mic.



For some reason I decided to plug the 3.5mm jack back into the THX Spatial audio control box and then into the USB port on my computer, and from that point my audio started working correctly - and when I tested the mic in Razer Synapse, I was able to hear my own voice played back to me.



Great! Everything was working, although I have no idea what made it work. Now, next day, I power up my PC and I'm back to the same issues.



I've gone into Windows Control Panel > Manage Audio Devices and Headset Earphone / Razer Audio Controller - Chat is set to the default device. My voice is showing up in the windows Sound Settings again but nothing is registering in the Synapse app.



In the mic settings of the Synapse app, the microphone is enabled, mic volume is set to 100, mic sensitivity is set to 50. Mic monitoring (sidetone) is off, Volume Normalization and Vocal Clarity checkboxes are both checked.



Any ideas what I should be doing to sort this? I ordered the headset 1 year ago to the day, and have only ever used it with my PS4 up until this point.
