Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kraken TE concern here. When did the issue start? Are you using a laptop or a desktop PC? Have you tested the headset's mic to a different port (3.5mm or USB) on your computer or to a different PC? Please check the Windows privacy settings of your microphone and verify if it has access to your computer apps/programs.
