I recently purchased the Razer Krake TE and installed Synapse 3. But in the past few days my microphone doesnt pick up my voice and you can only hear a static. I deleted alle software of the headset and plugged it out. plugged it in and made all the steps that you can do if you install the headset as if your PC never seen it before. from this point on the microphone just works fine. But after I use them a bit the micro just starts to get the same issue as before. How do I fix this? Is it a problem with the heaset itself or a general problem with the software?
