Kraken tournament edition right speaker not working
I bought these kraken tournament editions just over a year ago and today the right side stopped working. it only works at a specific angle and you hold it there to use it which is super annoying. i didnt drop it or damage it. i tried connecting it to a few different laptops and phones but its the same. what can i do to fix this?

@drdruggi There's not much that we can do since the cable is non-removable. Do send me the serial number of your Kraken TE so I can verify the warranty status. Let's go from there.
