Hello,

I have recently purchased the Kraken Ultimate headphones, and had no problems until today, when I've noticed that the audio is stronger on the right earcup. I've tried to reset the product from Synapse, but didn't help, neither replugging or rebooting the pc. I am sure this isn't an hardware issue, I have tried the headphones on a Mac and they work flawlessly. Thanks in advance for the help.
Isolate the issue by following the steps from this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
