I’m contacting you because the mute button on the microphone stopped working about a month ago. In addition to that, the headband is already peeling, even though the headset has been used less than five times.
I bought this microphone very recently, around Christmas, so it’s practically new. It’s honestly impossible for it to already have these kinds of issues.
The reason we chose this brand is precisely because of its reputation for quality. We already own other Razer products, which is why this situation is quite surprising.
I’ve already tried contacting the reseller, but they haven’t responded, so I’m reaching out to you directly for assistance.
