My Razer kraken ultimate is too loud. Everything over a volume of 10/100 is literally deafening.



I've seen many threads on this on Reddit, all of which end up with "Contact our Support".



The only temporary workaround I've found is to use a custom EQ setting where everything is set to the lowest. This allows me to go to around 20/100, but ends up with a worsened sound quality.



I'm enjoying the headset overall, but this is really ruining the experience...
