Kraken Ultimate volume wheel inop
I just purchased the kraken ultimate, and like many others experienced an issue with the volume wheel not adjusting the volume after installing the synapse app.
To fix this, all you have to do is follow these steps:
- open windows task manager
- on the processes tab, scroll down to the windows explorer windows process
- right-click and restart the process and the volume wheel should start to function normally again
not sure if this will work for everyone, but this at least worked in my case.
