I'm using my kraken 7.1 for around two years now and untill now I can't complain. Of course the warrenty has just been expired..

Today suddenly my mic sound dropped and I had to speak very loud to be able to hear. Further I noticed the sound sounds thin. It detecs all surrounding sounds very loud and if I touch the boom or the headset the touch-sounds are very loud.
No settings have been changed.
I've replugged it a few times, no better results.
Another USB-port, no better results
Rebooted windows, no better results.


Tried another pc without razer Synapse, sounds just the same (thin and contactsounds are loud)

What are my options? I'm not able to buy a new one due to covid19 and I really want to keep using it with microphone..
