Hopefully this is in the right category. I recently had to get a new computer and now installing everything including a pair of headsets that I recently picked up (along with a Mamba and an Ornata) - I registered my Kraken V2 Headset to my account after being told by the 7.1 Surround Sound App that I need to register it to get the app code if I didn't receive one with my purchase. So where do I find this code as my product is now registered? (and if I need to send a PM to some random person with proof of purchase, etc, then the FAQ should be updated to reflect a proper walk through as I spent far too long trying to figure this out and judging from the forums, Im not the only one). Kindly advise. Thx.

    The activation should be sent after the product registration via email. Check your junk or spam folder too. However, there are exclusive headset models that are compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound. Please refer to this link. Please be aware that the team has stopped generating codes for Razer Surround Pro, which is tailor-made for the older Razer headset models. I’ll be locking this thread now.
