Ive had my kraken v2 pros for a long time now and i mostly used them for ps4 but im on pc now and im trying to get into 7.1 surround but its asking for a authentication code and i no longer have the box.. So what can i do? My headphones are registered on razer but the warranty has run out.

    The Kraken Pro V2 is not eligible for an activation code for our newer surround sound apps. Do send me the serial number and the email address you used to register the headset. I can use that to check if you have a Razer Surround Pro key linked to the account. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
