I bought the headset a few days ago from the official Razer Onlineshop. I reinstalled the drivers two times and reinstalled Synapse 3. Also, I tested different USB slots. I still have loud static crackling every few minutes. It's not because of a special frequency. When I replay a YouTube video, it doesn't crackle again at the same timestamp. It's In-Game aswell. I found a similar thread here: /kraken-v3-hypersense-audio-popping-crackling.80135/ They are describing the same issue. What can I do? I bought it for 140€, that's a lot of money for a crackling headset every 5 to 10 minutes. If it's not fixable, how can I send it back?

Dealing with similar issues. I'm getting random crackles and pops in all types of music, but not noticeable in games for yet - currently.



I've tried similar tinkering as well. The only thing that has *reduced* the issue was going into my sound settings on Windows 11, and setting the Kraken V3 Hypersense advanced options to 44,100 Hz. You'll notice, if you set this to the max 96,000 the crackling/popping goes pretty HAM.



I ordered the Wireless versions to see if this will be any different or if there's a decrease in sound quality in general because I really like these! If the Wireless ones sound worse, then I'll attempt replacing these V3's and see if I can one's that don't crackle and pop. If this works, then it's the hardware and not the software as people are speculating back and forth about.



I'll report back if I get any improvements or have to return everything, if you could do the same as well so people can help themselves via the forums, that would be amazing.
