Friends on discord say that the mic sounds very bad, I tested it in synapse with the mic tester and it indeed sounds low quality, Is there a way to fix it? Is it broken maybe? or is it just the product? thanks in advance

    Have you performed the steps from this article? Does the issue happen while the headset is connected to another USB port or computer? Ensure that the headset is connected directly to the USB port, not on a hub. I’ll be locking this thread now.
