Hi everyone,



im looking for some help, i've had the V3 Pro for around a two weeks now. everything is great except everytime i turn my PC on i have to take the USB dongle out and put it back in every time otherwise the headset will never connect. I was wondering if anyone else has had anything similar to this happen? i'ts connected into my Razer base station.

Does it behave the same without Synapse in the background? For now, please follow the steps from this page to fix this. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to look for other possible fixes. Let's pick things up from there.
