Hey so I purchased a V3 Pro Headset for my boyfriend in May. He really loves it but has been complaining of really bad echoing through his mic when playing console. Is there a way to fix that, or is this a product issue? He’s tried adjusting his sensitivity on the app in pc, turning down his volume, etc. Nothing works.
