kraken v3 pro haptics buzzing

got my kraken v3 pro yestarday and after about an hour of listening i could hear this buzzing noise when the haptics were turned on, almost like they were vibrating on metal. when i reboot the headset it sometimes fixes it for a while.

    Does the haptics level in the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings remain on the same level when the behavior starts? Did you try adjusting it and check if the issue persists? Ensure that the headset's USB dongle is connected directly to your computer's USB port. Try connecting it to another port or computer and see how it goes. I’ll be locking this thread now.
