Kraken v3 Pro: Haptics Off While Charging

As the title states-- I want to use my Kraken v3 Pro while it charges--problem is that the Haptics do not work while it charges/plugged in, even though Synapse shows that it is enabled set to high. I don't care if the RGB is off while charging, but the haptics... that's the battery killer, I want this on while it charges and I'm still playing. What's the deal here?

      That's the way it is. It gets charged pretty fast anyway, so it's not a big deal.

      and dies pretty fast even with RGB off... This seems to be a driver/setting thing; @Razer, is there anything you can do about this to make this an option? What if I wanted to wear these plugged in, only to have the convenience to move when necessary and unplug? I've never owned a pair of headsets that had functionalities "turned off" while it's on the charger...

        I get 2-3 days without charging, maybe you have a faulty battery. It's not a driver setting, it's how it's supposed to be. Many headsets does this, it's probably a safety feature to not overload the battery or to save its lifespan.

        Astro's didn't, Logitech's didn't, so if "many headsets" did this I would assume it's just Razer's products. However, 2-3 days without charging? I can see that in 1-2 hour per day use... not 5 hours straight for 2-3 days unless you have RGB + Haptics turned off.

        Huh, Logitech Pro X did it when I tested it for a few days, Corsair headsets does it and Razer. Nah I use it 7 hours a day, everything off except haptics for maybe 1 or 2 hours when gaming. It's rated to 44 hours of battery with everything off, so it checks out pretty good. I'm sure your battery is just faulty.
