The plastic ends on the headband where the adjuster slides are cracked again. It was cracked two months ago, and I asked for a replacement. Currently, the headset is the replaced one and plastic ends cracked again after I used. I noticed that they are made out of very thing and fragile plastic. Why razer made this kind

It is hard to believe I need to replace my headset only after using two months.

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your headset. Were there any incidents with your headset prior to the issue? i.e. dropped. Did you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset? Were there any incidents of pulling or tugging the headsets, making it stretch beyond its limit?
