Kraken V3 Pro microphone works in side tone but is too quiet in apps

1 to 2 weeks ago my Kraken V3 pro’s microphone started to not properly in apps like discord and games but working fine with sidetone . I have updated the driver, looked through window and synapse setting and changed the microphone but nothing is working. Anyone has an idea of what could be my problem and solution to it?

Have you tried reproducing the issue with the headset while using another game or video conferencing program that requires audio and a microphone? Also, does the issue occur when connecting wirelessly to your USB dongle or using the 3.5 mm combo cable? If the problem continues, you can try connecting the headset to a different USB or 3.5 mm port or even another computer. Otherwise, please send me a PM including the headset’s serial number so that I can provide you with device-specific recommendations.
