Hi Diabolivirtus,
Did you try connecting the headset to a different power source? If you have another USB Type-C to Type-A, please plug it in and see if it works. If the problem persists, it’s highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can verify its model and check our options. Thank you!
