Yes, same issue here.

Really frustrating that they’ve not added their latest hardware to it, hopefully we get access soon.
Alternatively, you can go back to Synapse 3.

same problem here, my kraken v3 pro doesn't show the correct battery in synapse...

Same not detected
same issue here, synapse beta does not show kraken v3 pro at all. and synapse 3 does not detect anything.
