My razer kraken V3 pro does not turn on and when i try to turn it on it just turns the green led on then quickly blinks turns off the led and again quickly blinks and gives a short haptice response (and when i connect it to charge it just blinks green.)
I had the same issue before but it went after just leaving it connected for night but now it doesn't work i can still use it with an audi jack cable but i cant turn it on
I alredy tried updating it but the update fails i dint know why

I understand that your Razer Kraken V3 Pro is not turning on. Please try these troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue.

Get the latest Windows update.

Update the firmware on your headset if it is on the list.

Charge your headset directly to your PCs USB port using the cable that came with your device.

Make sure to fully charge your headset as indicated in your product user guide.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
