Just noticed that both headband ends on my Kraken V3 Pro have cracked. How can I get new ones to replace them?

Good Luck with that. Ended up getting to a place with them where they wanted to charge me for a new headset while I sent mine back and i would only be refunded for the new headset IF “they” determined that the cracks were not my fault… which i seriously doubt they would conclude as it would cost them a headset. And if they did find that it was my fault they would not send the old headset back and refund the price of the new headset. They do not make replacement parts. Or they at least do not distribute them. Razer lost a customer for life after this experience. I ended up having to 3d print parts to replace the cracked parts to limp them along until I can afford a new headset. The 3d printed part ended up being MUCH stronger than the original parts and have not cracked now, almost a year later. The fact that my at-home printed parts are THAT much stronger than the original parts speaks to Razer’s serious decline in quality. That paired with their sub-par resolution and support have lead to my actively recommending friends and family against buying Razer products.

Just for context the other side (the side I did not originally replace) is now cracked so I thought I’d see if Razer had come to their senses and now offers a better solution to repair, but nope. They still just refuse to accept responsibility for putting out a sub-par quality product that cost around $250 when i purchased them.

I have the same problem with my Kraken V3, I sent them for warranty three times to the store where I bought them because they cracked every time, now it happened to me too and I can't stand being without headphones for two weeks for the fourth time...

When it happened to me just now, I decided to just cover it with black tape. But I feel that it is still cracking there more under the tape. I feel a huge resentment towards razer, because I had very good experiences with razer kraken v2 pro oval. Probably as soon as I have the opportunity I will decide to buy blackshark, because I see that kraken v4 also has this plastic, which I already feel disgusted with.

I ended up buying a pair of the Steel Series Arctis Nova Pros. They are fantastic. Highly recommend switching to Steel Series. The quality difference is immediately noticeable. They are much more comfortable. Better battery system. Better mixing options right out of the box. All around night and day experience for a headset that is in the same price bracket but infinitely better.
