Hello,

So my Headset seems to have extremly bad battery life. normal googleing says. 11 hours with the RGB lighting and HyperSense on and 44 hours while both are off

 

But i can have it charged 100% and having Haptic intensity on low with bass boost on 100% within maybe 1 hour the battery is nearly dead. no lighting is on.

 

plus synapse seems broken. battery can show nearly full. But i plug the headset it and a notification pops up saying headset at low power.

 

headset is on latest firmware aswell.

I have never been able to achieve the advertised battery life with my headset.  I always run with the rgb lighting off and I can only get around 7 hours with the haptic on medium and that is not with continuous use.  If I’m listening to music continuously its even less time.

If I need to keep using them I plug them into a power source even though the instructions say not to use them while charging.

I might have to switch to a JBL wireless gaming headset if it gets any worse.

My headset is in the process of being replaced under warranty so I should have a new one today.

Replacement headset battery life is normal so it was definitely the old headset battery going bad among other things.

How were you able to get to that process? I am unable to even find out how to get support for my battery issues. I am hoping that I am able to do the same thing and get my headset sent in and battery replaced.

I have the Same Issue with my Headset 1 hour with low haptic can’t even watch a full movie I report them from 2 years they say sorry we can’t replace It because I’m from Egypt only in US the change what  A waste of money
