I have been having issues with my Kraken V3 Pro it randomly disconnects from my pc or dongle. So in doing research I have found that updating the firmware could resolve this issue but I have tried and keeps giving me a error message I even tried it on my laptop and still an issue. At this point I am not sure this headset it going to work strange this issue has just started when I started to use my Razer Siren X microphone though it is very annoying. I would appreciate some assistance on the matter very inconvenient for my headset to just turn itself off.
