Kraken v3 pro wireless sometimes weird sound

I have razer kraken v3 pro with wireless usb dongle. it works fine sound is good. but some times weird sounds and poor quality sound coming with wireless using. when i playing games poor quality sound very disturbing me. is it from usb dongle? should i change my usb dongle?
