Kraken V3 pro won't turn on

I had my krakens working on my switch recently turned them off and went out. When I came back they wouldn't turn on anymore. They still charge and I was able to update the firmware cause they for some reason turned on at that point but now they wont turn on anymore at all, They charge or atleast it lights up yellow that its charging, and for some reason when they were working after the update the green button wouldnt blink anymore it was just solid green.
