My headset was working fine. Today after work synapse won’t recognize the headset and it will not turn on. when i press the button it will turn green for about 3 seconds then flash 2 times and nothing.

Can you try charging your headset for at least 30 minutes and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
