I am posting here to ask for advice regarding my Razer Kraken V3 X.
The plastic headband cracked this afternoon near the top cushion/slider junction (I have attached photos of the damage).
I am really disappointed because I have always taken great care of this headset. It has never been dropped or mishandled; the plastic simply cracked from normal usage/tension when putting it on.
The main issue is that my warranty expired just 3 months ago. The audio still works perfectly, but I am afraid the headband will snap completely if I continue to use it.
Has anyone else experienced this specific failure? Is there any way to get a replacement part or a repair solution?
@RazerSupport, is there anything you can do to help a loyal customer given that the breakage seems to be a material defect rather than accidental damage?
